YourCareerWave.com (YCW) is the first comprehensive and fully interactive website in Canada to let users individually evaluate, develop and market their employability skills.

The Challenge: Catch and hold the attention of teens, school teachers and parents, then put the power of choice back into the hands of those who look for it. Make the YourCareerWave package appealing to school administrators, employers, career counsellors and government agencies.

The Solution: Show people that they can take full control of their career by using a few key tools. We explained the importance of "soft" or “employability skills" and pushed the idea of self-measuring and improving them. We built a website to emphasize the mutually beneficial relationship between those wishing to improve their employability skills and those who have the experience and expertise to help them. With a single photo shoot, Artemis designed a consistently attractive identity for YCW, but one that's adaptable to four identified markets. Dreams are easy to sell, but with YCW we're selling real options to real people.
