The Client: JobWave™
JobWave™ is an employment program that helps people move from assistance income and back into the workforce.

The Challenge: Brand, introduce and promote the first government-funded, performance-based employment program for BC Assistance clients. Challenges included: reaching and educating business, identifying, reaching and persuading clients, articulating the program to government, and sharing the success of business and employees.

The Solution: Our Good Life campaign showed people enjoying situations such as getting a paycheque to buy groceries, shopping with their children, dining out with friends, or celebrating a good day on the job - the positive sides of being employed.

Our extensive PR reached all corners of the province and changed the public opinion of people receiving welfare. Artemis has played a key role in making JobWave™ the most successful employment program in the history of British Columbia. It's helped more than 26,000 BC Assistance clients return to the workforce and saved taxpayers millions of dollars.
